Regularly scheduled Board Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM. Generally these will be online virtual meetings using Google Meet. Please keep in mind that sometimes the meeting date or time will need to change. Refer to the calendar below to check for any schedule changes.
If you are a Westpark Unit Owner, and are interested in attending a Board meeting, please email board@westparkhoa.org to request the Google Meet meeting link. Please provide the date of the meeting you wish to attend, your name, unit number, and the email address you have on file with Community Association Management. A Homeowner Forum will be conducted at the beginning of the meeting, at which time you will have the opportunity to present your comments if desired. You may also notify the Board in advance of your desire to comment on a specific concern.
Please be aware that there are some matters that can not be discussed at an open Board meeting. These are things like delinquent Assessments, HOA violations, contract negotiations, and legal matters. If the meeting requires a closed Executive Session, non-Board members will need to exit the meeting.
